This 112 Westport is owned by a knowledgeable owner who has spent a lifetime in the marine industry and knows how to maintain marine equipment. With a complete Luu Marine paint job and fresh teak on the back deck, the yacht looks like new. The captain, a Massachusetts Maritime Academy graduate, has kept the engine room in true yacht condition and has upgraded much of the equipment to high standards. This US built and US flagged yacht is available for sale to US residents, and since it is US built and has four staterooms, it has good charter potential beyond comfort for extended families.

Salon and Dining
Entrance to the salon is from double sliding doors from the aft deck. The yacht has a 24 foot beam and the salon is the full width, so the feeling of spaciousness is increased, especially with the forward informal dining area that does not have bulkheads or dividers. The custom carpeting has lines of blue green to invoke the ocean swells in the Bahama Islands and the marble counter tops are muted to compliment the wood tones throughout the yacht. To port is a marble topped sunken bar with four bar stools, refrigeration, ice maker, sink, and multiple storage areas.
To starboard is a long curved end custom couch, and instead of a hard edged coffee table there are two soft top hassocks that you can put your feet up on when watching TV, with storage inside. The television itself is on a lift that drops away to hide it when not in use and it is connected to a Bose Lifestyle home entertainment system with Denon multi zone amplifier, Blue Ray disc player, and 6 CD changer all controlled by a Genesis universal single remote instead of a basket full of remotes.
Going forward is the dining area with a round glass top table and eight upholstered chairs. The ceiling over the table is vaulted and lighting is adjustable from low for ding to brighter for a game area. On both sides of the dining area are plentiful marble topped storage cabinets for dishes, glasses and more. Forward are two glass front display shelves with storage below. A 50 bottle wine cooler allows good choice of wines close by the dinning area.
The day head is just forward to starboard of the dining area before the raised pilothouse, and to port is access to the master stateroom and two of the guest cabins.
The country kitchen galley has large windows to either side for lots of natural light in this informal dining area. The table with U-shaped seating has room for ten people and is raised for good viewing out of the multiple windows. The galley itself has a U-shaped counter area with lots of room for meal preparation and Azrock commercial vinyl flooring.

The master stateroom is full beam mid ship for the most comfort underway, at anchor or at the dock. The centerline berth with custom innerspring mattress is a California King with nightstands to each side, upholstered headboard and curved wood overhead treatment. To the port side are an oversized dresser with 16 drawers and the entertainment center with recent flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player, and iPod ready Denon music system. To starboard is entry to the walk in cedar lined closet, more storage cabinets and a settee.
The master head with marble floors and counters has his and hers toilets and sinks to each side, with a Kohler whirlpool tub plus a double sized Crema Marfil marble shower, and there is a tempered glass divider between tub and shower.
There are two other staterooms in the mid ship area with the fourth stateroom, the VIP, in the bow. The port guest stateroom has a walk around queen berth with storage below, along with two night stands and six drawer dresser. The recently installed flat screen TV with dedicated satellite receiver also has a Denon music system. The ensuite head with marble counters has easy care commercial vinyl flooring, a full stall shower.
The starboard guest stateroom has two single berths for the most versatility for guests and also has a recent flat screen television with Blue Ray DVD player and Boston acoustics speakers. There are great storage areas with the large hanging locker and the ensuite head has marble counter tops and fiberglass shower stall.
The VIP cabin is forward of the galley with its own entrance for the most privacy. Fitted into the bow of the yacht gives the room a great nautical feel with the curved walls of the bow shape so there is no way this could be a hotel room. The berth is a centerline queen and the ensuite head has marble counters and a fiberglass shower.
The flybridge can be reached from inside the yacht at the pilothouse or from the aft deck and is large enough to be enjoyed by large families and large groups of friends. The captain has a great view with full electronics and can use either port or starboard wing control stations for docking. Three helm chairs offer great versatility for guests or crew.
There is a great curving bar area with five bar stools to one side and an L-shaped couch with twin hassocks and occasional table to the other side. Aft of this is a circular hot tub and beyond this is room for three chaise lounges.
Aft of all is the 2006 17’9”’ Nautica Wide Body hard bottom inflatable tender with 115 HP Yamaha outboard handled by a 2000 pound capacity Nautical Structures davit. For safety there are two life rafts, an 8 passenger Zodiac deluxe with hydrostatic release, and an EV six person life raft in a soft pack along with an ACR Survivor CAT 1 EPIRB.
Aft Deck, Foredeck and Hull
The aft deck, which has air conditioning and heat, is large enough for entertaining large groups of family and friends. There is a U-shaped settee surrounding a varnished table large enough for eight. All of the teak flooring on the deck, the two curving stairways to the swim platform, the circular stairs to the flybridge, and the teak on the swim platform itself have been replaced recently and look great with many more years of service. The overhead was designed to extend all the way over the table and settee to provide protection from both rain and sun. All three sides of the aft deck have zippered Stamoid curtains for more weather protection. A wet bar with sink and two refrigerators covered with a weather resistant Corian countertop have room for lots of sodas, beers and snacks. Besides the two curving stairs down to the swim platform there is a circular staircase up to the flybridge and boat deck. Crew has access to quarters and engine room from an interior set of stairs from the deck or when at the dock, from the swim platform.
Forward from both port and starboard mid ship doors side decks lead to the forward deck area with a unique sun pad with rails above the galley.
The raised pilothouse can be entered from either the port or starboard side of the yacht and gives access to the flybridge. Visibility is good for the captain and there is a raised L-shaped settee with the table for guests to enjoy the view during inclement weather.
