Vicem Yachts (pronounced Vee-chem) based in Turkey, is known as one of the world's premier builders of incredible yachts with traditional satin finish mahogany interior woodwork. The vintage design of the long bow, over a rich flag blue hull, with the cabin set aft and finished with varnished mahogany cabin sides, makes this yacht a head turner in any harbor.

Salon
Entering the main salon, the first impression is of open space with such large windows. Then the stunning woods and the craftsmanship that put these woods together stands out to give a look of fine detail. Teak and holly flooring adds to the crisp look of the salon with two couches to port and starboard, and instead of a fabric overhead the traditional look of light gloss lacquered wood with varnished battens adds to the clean design. There is a combination high low coffee table, dining table, with two extensions to seat a large gathering of family and friends that can be moved from port or starboard. The two couches to either side have plentiful storage drawers below each couch, and with two couches instead of one there is ample seating to enjoy after a meal. The table also has two stools for extra seating that have storage compartments and can be converted to small occasional tables by flipping the seat cushions over.
The salon entertainment systems and equipment consist of:
Sole 32' LCD television
DirecTV D12 satellite receiver
Raymarine 60 STV High Definition Satellite TV system
Bose Lifestyle 48 home theater system
U-Line ice maker
Sub Zero wine cooler
Galley
A few steps down from the main salon is the galley that is open above to the forward windshield, allowing natural light to fill the galley area. The galley has been designed for ample space for snacks or gourmet meals with spacious granite counters, and unusual in a yacht of this size, a granite topped island counter with storage underneath. The same exquisite mahogany joinery on the many drawers and cabinets, and teak and holly sole continue the theme of traditional yacht into the galley.

Bosch 4 Burner electric cook top

Sub Zero full size refrigerator with two crisper drawers

Master Stateroom
The master stateroom has a full walk around queen berth with plentiful closet space and many drawers and cabinets. Built in night tables with reading lights are to either side of the bed. There is small bench seat forward with a vanity to the side. A Sole LCD television is built in to a cabinet opposite the berth and a DirecTV receiver, and Clarion CD player. The master is located midship for quiet nights on the hook without the sound of water slapping on the hull. The ensuite head has granite counter, granite floor and large shower.
VIP Stateroom
By placing the third guest stateroom between the master and the VIP located in the bow, there is more privacy for guests when traveling with two couples. The centerline queen berth has multiple drawers below, with lots of hanging locker space along with many drawers and cabinets. Two overhead hatches and portholes allow natural light and ventilation. The finish here is the same satin mahogany and teak and holly sole as the rest of the yacht. Of course an ensuite head with shower, sound system and LCD TV with satellite receiver for guests to enjoy time on board.
Guest Stateroom
The third stateroom has two single berths plus a Pullman berth for versatility. Not just a cabin for grand children, there is plenty of room for extra guests.
Lower Helm Station
Forward of the starboard couch is a full lower helm. The double bench leather seat commands a complete compliment of navigational instruments and displays mounted in the same rich mahogany as much of the rest of the interior. The large windows give great visibility all around, and a second double leather bench seat to the port side allow guests the same view forward as the captain. There is a convenient door to side deck.

This area is great for entertaining either at the dock or underway with a large wrap around bench seat with room for eight or ten guests. Two striking inlaid tables are set up with an opening between them to allow guests to get in and out without asking others on the ends to get out of the way. A summer kitchen with Lynx stainless barbecue grill, sink and refrigerator makes this a fine spot for outdoor dining. Plus an additional aft facing bench seat gives additional seating for a few of the wake while cruising at 27 knots over the waves.
Cockpit
The teak covered back deck has a table and bench seat, with a second bench seat to the starboard side. Access to the crew quarters and engine room is here. The swim platform is a hydraulic lift for carrying a dinghy or personal watercraft. When the dinghy is off this swim platform, it can be submerged 18 inches below the water to allow swimmers easy boarding from the water without the use of a ladder. At night the underwater lights will bring a variety of fish to watch from the comfortable bench seats.

13.5 KW Onan generator

Access to steering, water makers, and air conditioning is excellent in this area and there is an additional small portable style refrigerator freezer located here. The crew area with decidedly low head room has a separate head and a cabin with two single berths that can be converted to make it a double.
Mechanical, Deck and Construction
The hull is constructed of four layers cold molded solid mahogany glued up using WEST system epoxy for a unique ability to absorb shock with a deep vee entry for a smooth ride. Teak decks on flybridge, side decks, fore deck and cockpit.
According to a review in YACHTING magazine in July 2009 this yacht reached a 22 knot speed at 1700 RPM with a range around 425 miles.
