Remarks
WISHING STAR is one of the most esthetically pleasing Turmpy yachts ever designed and built. She is one of only two hulls built to these scantellings and the only one in the cruiser configuration. When initially sea trialed she was a 20 knot boat with the same engines but over the years, owner’s have added more weight and consequently she has lost some of her speed. WISHING STAR has been beautifully maintained and recently updated. She is in commission and ready for delivery to her next owner. WISHING STAR represents one of the finest examples of a wooden motor yacht which appears to have been impeccably maintained over the years and is an eye stopper for every harbor she enters. She is being offered for sale due to owner’s desire to move to a larger vessel.
